What Should I Bring?
Plan to arrive 20 to 30 minutes before your scheduled time. New patient paperwork takes longer than most people expect, and rushing it slows everyone down.
If you’ve already seen another provider about these symptoms, call that office and ask them to forward your records ahead of time. Don’t assume we already have them. If your appointment is close, bring printed copies as backup.
Also bring a full list of medications you take: prescriptions from other physicians, over-the-counter pills, vitamins, and supplements. Leaving items off this list is one of the most common reasons we end up asking follow-up questions later.
